First Time Homebuyer Workshop
INTERACTIVE -1st Time Home-buyer workshop - Learn the 10 Step home-buyer process. After completion of 6 hour workshop & 2 hour 1 on 1 receive your 8 hour HUD Home-Buyer Education Certificate which many down payment assistance programs require. Workshops can be single day (6hr) or two days (3hrs per day). (Attendee must complete 6 hrs to receive Certificate) The following are TENTATIVE Advance Dates: (Registration Fee of $30 will be Invoiced, if workshop is not a sponsored event)
